About Khevio

Most restaurant software was built for the front of house — reservations, ordering, loyalty. The back of house, where the actual margin gets decided, was left to whatever a spreadsheet could hold together. Khevio exists to fix that specific gap: inventory, recipe costing, purchasing, and waste, all tied to the same real numbers instead of three different guesses.

What we believe

A restaurant's food cost shouldn't be something you find out at the end of the month. It should be something you can see the moment a recipe changes, a price shifts, or a sale happens. That's the entire premise Khevio is built on — costs that update themselves, not costs you reconstruct after the fact.

Where we are

We're early. Khevio is a young product built by people who'd rather ship something genuinely useful to a small number of kitchens first than promise the world to everyone at once.
